At PACE, it is our goal to maximize every player’s potential, through positive thinking, both on and off of the court. The goal at PACE is to separate ourselves from other player development programs by taking a “different” approach in helping our student athletes reach their maximum potential through both skill development as well as character development.

Values and Beliefs

P – Precision

“Precision” is having a ridiculous attention to detail. We pay attention to the little things in everything that we do, and create habits that will maintain a commitment to excellence. "We are what we repeatedly do".

A – Approach/Attitude

Our actions align with our intent. We are always consistent in our “approach” and rooted in our values. We preach having a positive attitude and a having a growth mindset so that we can achieve our maximum potential.

C – Communication

We communicate our values in everything that we say and do. Our creative vocabulary makes our teaching and “communication” memorable and effective.

E – Enhance

We continually look for ways to “enhance” our programming, staff, athletes, and coaches and make them the very best they can be. “It is not what we do; it’s how we do what we do”.
